Live Guest Painting

The best favor you could offer your guests.

How it works.

Done in watercolor and ink these minimalist portraits are done in a faceless style with focus on the guest’s attire, hair style/color, & skin tones. Painted on 5”x 7” hot pressed watercolor paper, all paintings are inserted into a plastic slip for protection.

On the day of I’ll arrive early to set up and bring all my supplies.

Each portrait is done from photos and takes about 3-4 minutes per person. Guests are encouraged to pose with groups of 4 or less.

The newlyweds will get a special 9” x 12” painting to commemorate the night.

Investment. 

3 hours (50 guests): $1500 *Not available on weekends

up to 5 hours (70 - 80 guests): $2,700

6 hours (90-100 guests): $3,000

7 hours (110-120 guests): $3,300

Deposit:

I ask for a 25% deposit due when booking, with the final balance due 2 weeks before the event date.

All guest sketches are 5” x 7” watercolor and ink on hot-pressed watercolor paper, and placed in a clear sleeve when finished.

FAQs

  • I mostly stay in the PNW, but would love to travel internationally!

  • At the venue all I need is a table and chair.

    I recommend choosing a place in the reception space that can accommodate a line for guests waiting for their portraits. Also a cocktail table nearby is wonderful for guests to put down their drinks!
